Music Ministry
The Florence Baptist Church offers a dynamic
music and drama program
from preschool to adult. In a day when musical
styles differ in taste and
style, the music ministry provides a blended
array of Christ-honoring and
Biblically-based worship, filled with gospel
favorites, traditional hymns,
and contemporary praise and worship.
Florence
Baptist Church offers musical opportunities for
everyone, ages 5
through 105! For every person who sings or plays
an instrument on stage,
there are many more who work behind the scenes
in our dramatic productions.
Countless seamstresses, sound and lighting
technicians, construction workers,
office helpers, babysitters, makeup artists,
prayer warriors, sandwich makers,
and lots of "general helpers" come together to
help bring to life the saving
message of Jesus Christ. And for those who hear
the applause, and those
who never see the spotlight, the reward is the
same, because all of the
glory goes to Jesus!

ADULT MUSIC MINISTRY
The
Worship Choir is made up of nearly 100
members who sing for both Sunday
morning worship services. In addition,
opportunities are available by audition, to
be involved as a soloist, or in ensembles,
quartets, and trios. The possibilities are
endless!
Rehearsals are every Wednesday evening
6:30 - 8:00 PM.

CHILDREN’S MUSIC MINISTRY
Children, 5-years-old through 5th grade, have
fun while learning more about music and how it
can be used for God’s glory through two exciting
choirs. The curriculum includes music, lessons
in theory, games, activities, hymn studies, as
well as Biblical principles. Our youngest choir
is “The Sonshine Singers” consisting of children
ages 5 and 6. This choir meets every Sunday
morning and sings regularly for special services
and events. The 2nd – 5th grade choir is “The
Kornerstone Kids.” This choir also meets on
Sunday mornings and sings regularly for evening
worship and for seasonal productions. “The
Kornerstone Kids” also present spring and
Christmas musicals, which are always exciting
and encouraging for the family of faith at
Florence Baptist Church!
CELEBRATE AMERICA is a stirring tribute to this
great land of ours, and a summer highlight for
the people of Northern Kentucky. This
flag-waving, red-white-&-blue musical is a
star-spangled spectacle of pride and patriotism
and serves as a salute to the men and women who
fought for freedom, a reflection of our nation’s
spiritual heritage, and a call for Americans to
return to godly principles. A celebration of
faith, family and freedom, CELEBRATE AMERICA is FBC’s most exciting musical tradition!
  
Drama Ministry
In addition to our on-stage
actors and singers there are countless men,
women, boys and girls in each production
that help with the set, sew costumes and
assist with wardrobe, serve as makeup
artists, assist with actors and singers
backstage, serve as an usher or greeter,
serve as a prayer warrior and help with
mailings and publicity. That could be
you!

thrill the hearts of FBC worshipers the last
